- All files must be uploaded as a PNG
- We have the right to refuse any image submitted for any reason. If we refuse you will be refunded within 1-10 days.
- If any uploaded items are found to be pirated or bootlegged it may result in permanent suspension from this service.
- The email associated with the purchase will be contacted by our production email within 48 hours.
- You must submit proof of commission purchase or art ownership within 30 days of purchase
