Shipping and Pre-Order Policies

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 2-day damage reporting policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange your item must be in non-standard or damaged condition.

You must provide photo or video evidence of damages in addition to a written statement of the damages. We are not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping.

Pre-Order Policy

All pre-orders are run between 1-2 months with items stopping sale at the written end date.

Pre-Orders will be given 2-3 months for YoruNoEcchi to receive from our manufacturer. Once received customers will receive email notification of its arrival. Once this notification is stated items will be shipped out within 1-2 weeks.

Pre-Orders can be canceled during the pre-order window or if an item is delayed outside of the 2-3 month window. We cannot refund pre-orders after the pre-order window except in extreme circumstances.

Return Policy
We cannot accept any returns of any items physical or digital.

Exchanges
We cannot exchange a good condition item for a different item under any circumstances except in cases where the customer received an incorrect item. The customer will be allowed to keep the item and given the correct item in exchange.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with a provided receipt.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
